• 2014: Recertified all coaching credentials due: USAT Level II Coach, ISSA Personal Fitness, USA Cycling Level 2 (includes Power-Based Cert) and USA Track & Field Level 1, ASCA
  Completed “Practical Nutrition for Sports Medicine and Fitness Professionals” course

• 2015: Qualified for AG Nat’l Championship in Aug in OKC
  Began planning and conducting Webinars via GoToTraining on numerous topics related to multisport training and racing

• 2016: Two hospitalizations for major spinal surgeries, fusion of four lower back vertebra (Feb/Mar) and two stays in rehab facilities (Mar/Apr). Began multisport training in May
  All coaching certifications renewed – ASCA swim coach, USAT Level II coach, USAT&F coach, USAC cycling and power-based coach and ISSA Personal Trainer

• 2017: Renewed efforts to plan, advertise and conduct Webinars and seminars. Began involvement in local youth/junior cycling skills program with UTSA/USAT
  Qualified for Team USA For ITU World DU Championship  in Denmark 6 Jul 2018

• 2018: Qualified for Life Time Olympic Tri Championship in NY on 1 July
  Team USA Member, ITU Standard Distance Duathlon World Championship, Odense Denmark
  Volunteer at local “Splash & Dash” kids races
  Held numerous free seminars on various aspects of multisport training/racing for general public
  Renewed USA Triathlon, International Sports Science Association and USA Cycling coaching certifications

• 2019: Selected for the USA Triathlon Ambassador Program to inspire and motivate multisports athletes
  Team USA member for 12th time at ITU World Championships in Lausanne Switzerland
  Assisted at a swim clinic for challenged athletes and another for fund raising

• 2020 – Conducted free online training events for Iron Distance and three different duathlon distances.

       Volunteered to help conduct a series of local "Splash & Dash" (swim & run) kid's races

      Volunteered to help conduct timing at a local swim meet 

       Certified USA-Triathlon Level II Long Course Coach

       Conducted monthly free online Zoom meetings for coached athletes and general public

      Renewed Coaching Certifications: American Swim Coaches Association (ASCA), International Sports  Science Association   (ISSA),  USA Triathlon (USAT),  US Track & Field (UST&F) and USA Cycling (USAC)

• 2021 - Conducted free Virtual Duathlon and Ironman plans and online competitions 

      Offered quarterly Zoom discussion sessions on various portions of the training and racing season

      Began coaching athletes for ultra-distance events - 50k, 50 mile and 100 mile competitions

• 2022 - Completed USAT Level I Paratriathlon Coaching Certification

      Attended Paratriathlon Clinic and volunteered at race in LaPorte TX                                                                                        

      Volunteered as Meet-Timer at Masters swim meets

      Attended multi-day USA Cycling Summit virtual event

      Earned Team USA slot for ITU World Championship in Spain in 2023, AG 80-84 

      Began offering free quarterly Zoom seminars of specific annual training focuses

• 2023 - Attended USAT Endurance Exchange  Conference 23-26 Jan, Austin TX 

• 2024 - Volunteered as Meet-Timer at Masters and National swim meets                                                                 Qualified for USAT Nat'l Championships, 13-15 Sep, Atlantic City NJ
